I don't have much to report right now-- the latest crying jags have subsided, I keep on trucking with work and school, the weather is blessedly changing, and I'm only on CD 12 so I'm not freaking out about ovulating (or not ovulating) yet.
I don't usually respond directly to the comments I receive, choosing to visit your blogs instead and say hi to you there. So I don't get to tell you enough how your funny, friendly, cheerful, sympathetic, encouraging comments make me feel. Here's a start: Connected. Understood. Appreciated. Cared for and about. Less alone.
Thank you all for reading my words and relating to my heart. I don't know what I'd do without this place to unburden myself and your blogs to entertain and inspire me.
You're the best, and I'm grateful to have each and every one of you on my blogroll and in my life.

You're most welcome, love. I appreciate all of your comments as well. I'm not a huge responder to comments, either, but that's mostly because a lot of people don't have "reply to" selected on their blogs, and that in combination with the blocking of my web email at work makes it difficult for me to respond! But each comment you leave for me is read and appreciated! :)
ReplyDeleteHuge hugs to you!
You're welcome, and right back at ya for all of your kind, supportive comments on my blog. I'm so glad to have you and have your blog to relate to.
ReplyDeleteWell I want to thank you too! I have found your blog particularly touching and feel like I have so many of the exact emotions that you write about. I don't know how I would get through my days without reading blogs, especially those of girls I feel like I can really relate too.
ReplyDeleteDitto!
ReplyDeleteYour blog is great-- keep writing! And thanks for your comments, too. It feels great having a support group.
You are a good, good Egg my friend. :) I always look forward to your comments...they are heartfelt, thoughtful, caring and lovely.
ReplyDeleteAnd I 110% agree, this supportive community is my salvation in a pretty miserable time.
I come here because I know the heartbreak of pregnancy loss and that it can rip your heart out. Little things, like a comment from a friend, can make you feel a little less alone. I also can't wait to celebrate with you when your miracle baby comes.
ReplyDeleteDitto - not sure where I'd be without the blogging community. Probably a very, very sad place where I felt so alone. Somehow knowing there are others out there makes this difficult journey just a bit more survivable.
ReplyDeleteAnd just think how many people will be over the moon with you when you finally get your baby!
So glad we're friends. I couldn't have survived the past year without you!! XOXO.
ReplyDeleteAwwwee, you're the sweetest. And I completely agree, this is an amazing world to belong to and I'm thankful every day. I'm so happy I stumbled across your blog my friend, and your comments mean the world to me!!!
ReplyDeleteI am late to the game right now, but wanted to tell you I don't think it's odd or weird that you don't "love" the niece. I don't have "love" for my youngest half-brother (Dad & Stepmother's son who is 13 yrs old). I have tried, really, but there is a 22 yr age difference, and I have never lived with him, and sigh, he is just an ODD kid (and even the kindest cousin in my family has remarked so to me privately). I am kind and polite to him and go thru the motions, though. So, I do my best.
ReplyDeleteYou are a SAINT for what you have attempted (repairing relationship) with the brother in law et al. Whoa.
